Dr U Education gives parents, students, and teachers ways to request access to personal data, correct account details, manage communications, and request deletion of account information associated with our website and mobile app.

• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate account or student details
• Request deletion of your account or selected personal data
• Turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time
• Contact us about privacy concerns or complaints

Request Access or Correction

To access your data or request a correction, email info@drueducation.com with enough detail for us to identify your account, such as your full name, the email address linked to the account, and whether you are a parent, student, or teacher.

We aim to respond within 30 days in line with our privacy obligations in Australia.

Request Deletion

If you would like your account and associated data deleted, follow the steps on our account deletion page.

You can also ask us to remove specific information without deleting the entire account.

Manage Notifications

Push notifications for messages, classes, grades, and updates can be disabled from your iPhone or Android device settings. Turning off notifications will stop alerts, but it will not delete your account or underlying education records.
